カリッと焼いた食パンに、とろとろのお餅ときな粉と黒蜜。まるで信玄餅のようなトーストです。
緑茶と一緒にどうぞ。
材料(1人分) 
- 食パン(お好みの厚さ)… 1枚
- 切り餅 … 1/2個
- 砂糖 … 大さじ1/2
- 水 … 大さじ1
- きな粉 … 適量
- 黒蜜 … 適量
- 1 slice of bread (any thickness you like)
- ½ piece of mochi (rice cake)
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- Kinako (roasted soybean flour) — to taste
- Kuromitsu (black sugar syrup) — to taste
作り方 
- 食パンはトースターで焼いておく
- 切り餅を小さく切る

- 耐熱容器に切り餅、砂糖、水を入れ、ラップをして電子レンジ(600W)で1分半ほど加熱する

- 水分と餅が混ざり合うまでヘラで混ぜる

- 食パンに4の餅を塗る

- きな粉を好きなだけかける

- 黒蜜を好きなだけかける

- Toast the bread and set it aside.

- Cut the mochi into small pieces.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mochi, sugar, and water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 1½ minutes (600W).

- Stir the mixture until the mochi and water blend together smoothly.

- Spread the mochi mixture over the toast.

- Sprinkle with kinako.

- Drizzle with as much kuromitsu as you like, and enjoy.
